Age: Unknown
Eyes: Blue
Hair: Blue
Physical traits: Has a strange mark/jewel on her forehead and weird dangly ball thingers in her hair. Image reference.
Height: So short it's sad. Shortest of the quartet and a head or so shorter than Sailor Mercury.
Medical Info: Does not age. This is caused by her Amazon Gem, the blue pool ball she has.
What's Okay To Mention Around Her: Don't mention what happens at the end of Sailor Moon SuperS, manga or anime. Also don't mention the identities of the Sailor Senshi because Pallapalla gets to discover those on her own. Otherwise almost anything is fair game; it won't register if you tell her she's from a TV show/comic book.
Mentionable IC: Pretty much anything. If you've any doubts just ask me OOC, but there's really nothing I can think of.
Abilities: First and foremost is attacking people for their Dream Mirrors; this usually results in a brief period of unconsciousness with no lasting damage unless your Dream Mirror is broken, in which case you're screwed. Secondly is her ability to summon Lemures [aka "Remless"] which she gets to fight for her. These monsters can have abilities from melee attacks to general energy drain. Then there are a bunch of other moves she does with her Amazon Gem, which really deserve a whole post of their own. Suffice to say that she can take care of herself, and if she is outclassed, she will run away using her Amazon Gem to teleport out of there.
Notes for the Psychics: Pallapalla is being brainwashed/controlled by the Amazon Gem she values so highly. This is brainwashing that only Sailor Moon can break. You can feel free to try to tell Pallapalla she's being used, but prepare to be met with violence. XD;
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Ask me OOC; with Pallapalla it is a case-by-case basis. =]
Maim/Murder/Death: Unless you're using guns or aiming to kill from the get-go this probably won't be much of an issue, since Pallapalla has a tendency to run away if the other person can hurt her even slightly. However just talk it out with me OOC. Pallapalla's mentality toward injuries is not a good one, and though she's not prone to much emo, without her sisters here to tell her to quit crying it may not be a good idea to injure her too badly.
Kissing/Hugging: Kissing is a no. Pallapalla will not be anywhere near any mistletoe. Hugging will be met with bewilderment unless you're Rosalyn in which case she's gotten inured to it.

First off-- a lot of people just do not register on Pallapalla's radar. At least, not any more than 'ha ha what a stupid human.' She just isn't going to remember somebody unless they either amuse her or piss her off. If they dislike her, she's really not going to notice.
Also, I personally think all these characters are AWESOME, but naturally Pallapalla does not share this opinion. Just sayin'.

| Lost in Translation |

There are, in total, three different versions of Sailor Moon I consider for Pallapalla's voice. The first, and most influentail for me, is the fansub, which I saw before either other version. The other two are Tokyopop's translation of the comic book, and the official English translation of the show. Because of this, I'm using certain speech patterns, catch-phrases, and names that some people might say should be different.
The following is just a lot of dorky rambling on the choices I've made for Pallapalla at CFUD.

This is the canon included with my app to camp:
Every group of four characters must include one who is bouncy, hyper, happy, energetic, and childish. If they’re female, chances are ten to one that they’re a bit of a crybaby and they speak in third person, too. Pallapalla is that girl from her group, the Dead Moon Circus’s Amazoness Quartet, who possesses all the above qualities. The excitable Pallapalla refers to herself in the third person (most of the time), and enjoys playing with dolls, a good game of billiards, and crushing heroes to death under gigantic balls. A mischievous brat who hates taking orders and never wants to grow up, Pallapalla just wants to have some fun!
That focuses more on Pallapalla's personality than her canon background, which is what I'll be rambling about here. I'm also using anime canon more than manga--I try to mix them where I can, but this season has some pretty huge differences. SPOILERS AHEAD. ( What is Dead Moon, the Amazoness Quartet, and Queen Nehelenia? Why does Pallapalla want Dream Mirrors? )
Here is my reply to the 'meme to end all memes', containing more canon and info about Pallapalla's magic.
